I lost my Password, can it be reset?
Last updated: June 19, 2012
If you have lost your password to access either your Network Redux account page or your hosting management pages there are ways you can reset login information for some of these areas yourself.
First of all determine where are you trying to login?
Network Redux Account
Are you trying to access your Network Redux account management page? This is where you submit support requests, view your invoices and manage your billing information with us. If this is where you are trying to access the login for this will be at this URL:
https://accounts.networkredux.com
The username for this login will be your account name with us and you can reference that info in your original welcome email that we sent when you signed up.
If you are not able to login using what you think is the right user/password combination then click on the Retrieve Password link that is just below the login button.
An email with a password reset link will be sent to the email address associated with your Network Redux account.
WHM/cPanel
Are you trying to access your WHM/cPanel management page to manage your VPS? If so the login will look like this:
https://ip.of.your.vps:2087
You will access as root user.
There is no self reset for WHM.
cPanel
Are you trying to access your cPanel management page to manage your shared hosting account? If so the login will look like this:
https://theserveryouraccountison.net:2083
You will access as your user name.
There is no self reset for cPanel.
If you have lost your password to either your Network Redux Account Manager login, root access to your VPS or access to your cPanel account and are not able to use the steps above we can reset these login credentials for you.
Please submit a support request by emailing support @ networkredux.com and provide:
Your name
Your company name (if applicable)
The last four digits of the credit card you have on file with us for confirmation
Let us know which password you need reset.
Troubleshooting
After the password has been reset if you are still experiencing access issues make sure to clear your broswer cache before you try again.
Make sure you are accessing the correct area as the user names/passwords will be different between your Network Redux account page and your hosting management login page.
