Server thames.networkredux.net has been upgraded to MySQL 4.1.11 which completes our phased upgrade of all shared and reseller servers from MySQL 4.0 to 4.1.

Massachusetts is currently undergoing a forceful update of CPanel services, as this mornings update left several services partially updated.This update will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete, during which time control panels will remain offline.

We have confirmed with CPanel developers an existing bug with CPanel's cgiemail implementation causing 404 errors for certain servers. They have confirmed a fix scheduled into an upcoming build release to resolve this problem.We apologize for the inconvenience this bug may be causing certain users. If you need assistance with the installation of a third party cgi mailing form as a result of this bug, please contact our support department and we will be happy to assist you.

A bug has been confirmed by Redux Operations and CPanel development which is causing errors in bandwidth reporting for certain users. This bug may result in your bandwidth usage numbers being doubled for the month of august.CPanel has confirmed a fix to be implemented in an upcoming build.Please note, this will not cause your accounts to be prematurely suspended for overage, internal calculations are still yielding the correct numbers.NR-NOC
