The following chassis has undergone reliability and outages which have been investigated by our team for the past two weeks. We have confirmed the problem to be related to the kernel version, and the compatibility with our backup software's kernel module.
As a result we have implemented a fix we believe will relieve users on this server from experiencing additional downtime.
