Level 2 Technical Support

Position: Technical Support - Level 2 (Full Time - M/F 9/6 PDT)
Compensation: Based on experience

The technical support position is a full time role (M-F, 9-6PM), and is available as a work-at-home position. Qualified applicants will need access to a reliable workstation and high speed internet connection.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Address advanced helpdesk related questions and issues.
  • Troubleshoot software/hardware related issues.
  • Manage server deployments and new builds.
  • Skillsets:
    • Linux (4+ years experience - Red Hat/CentOS)
    • cPanel (2+ years experience)
    • Web Hosting (2+ years experience)
    • Strong Customer Service Skills (Helpdesk/E-mail/Telephone - Communication skills are a must)
    • Hardware/Software Troubleshooting (2+ years, experience with Dell Servers and Openmanage a plus)
    • Shell Scripting - Perl/Bash

System Administrator

Position: System Administrator (Full Time - M/F 9/6 PDT)
Compensation: Based on experience

The system administrator position is a full time role (M-F, 9-6PM), and is available as a work-at-home position. Qualified applicants will need access to a reliable workstation and high speed internet connection.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Network Maintenance and Documentation.
  • Monitoring of server and device health.
  • Network architecture design and deployments.
  • Skillsets:
    • Linux (4+ years experience - Red Hat/CentOS)
    • cPanel (2+ years experience)
    • Web Hosting (2+ years experience)
    • Networking Layers 2/3/4 (4+ years, CCNA/CCNP or Network+ preferred)
    • Hardware Troubleshooting (2+ years, experience with Dell OM)
    • Technical Writing
    • Process Automation
