New York is again experiencing load spikes causing significant lockup issues. If you are the reseller who is aware of his clients possible usage or scripts causing this problem, we would appreciate you coming forward immediately. You will not be reprimanded for full disclosure.We have been unable to trace the cause of the server lockups but are continuing to investigate.
Massachusetts - Disk Space Issues

We are aware of the disk space issues on the /var partition of the Massachusetts server, we have put temporary solutions in place to bring back the mysql service and are now working on a permanent solution for this partition.

New York is again experiencing an enormous load spike, once we pinpoint the user responsible they will be completely removed from our network.We are working as fast as we can to locate the problem at this time.
Massachusetts - Fantastico reinstall

Fantastico has been reinstalled on massachusetts to resolve various issues reported by users.We are also aware of the double icon issue (two fantastico icons appearing) and a bug fix will be pushed out in an upcoming fantastico release to resolve this on all redux servers.Thank you for your patience.
"/ is running out of disk space" error, preventing cpanel access

Users on the New York server experiencing this error should now see resolution.This was a result of our new backup mechanism not syncing correctly after yesterday's reboot, we have put in a mechanism in the event of a future reboot which should alleviate this from occuring again.We do apologize for the inconvenience.
