We will be performing software updates on the vz001.dc4.sea hardware node Friday Nov-02-2012 at 19:00 PDT.  There will be approximately 10-15 minutes of downtime or less when the device is power cycled as containers come back online.

DC4 (Seattle) Degraded Network Connectivity

At approximately 13:02 PDT our network connectivity went into a degraded state, impacting client sites for approximately 60 seconds.  During this time customers in this facility may have experienced packet loss.  The destination target has been isolated by Network Redux engineers.

We will be performing a cluster wide update from 6.0.2 to 6.1 of Citrix XenServer for Cluster 2 in our Seattle datacenter.  This work will be non-service impacting.
