SAN Storage

Included with both our Enterprise Virtual Servers, and Enterprise Private Clouds, is access to our clustered Dell Equallogic PS6000XV arrays. The Dell Equallogic platform provides a best of breed iSCSI based storage backend, replicated to offsite datastores.

Storage Administrators and internal monitors are keeping a consistent health review of the Equallogic arrays from iops per volume to disk health. 2 Disks are used as hot spares in every Equallogic array deployed on our network. Primary RAID groups used in our network are RAID-50 for general storage and RAID-10 for write intensive storage.

Our Dell Equallogic arrays will locate your disk volume on whichever array is best suited to your iop requirements.
