We do. Our fully managed service simplifies the hiring process for you. We focus on recruiting and maintaining low attrition, and you focus on growing your business.
A driver to our low attrition rates is our consistent engagement with our team members. Working closely with you, we maintain a plan which ensures your team members are rewarded for their hard work. Any additional perks, incentives, or bonuses you wish to provide will go directly to your team members.

Part-time team members start at $400 per month and scale up based on industry and level of experience desired.

We charge you a flat monthly rate with no additional setup, onboarding, or extra costs along the way.

Our team members can support all timezones. For teams which require round the clock coverage and availability, a five-person team is needed to ensure 24/7/365 coverage.

During the discovery phase, we work with you to determine the best timezone for your team members to work.

Our Managed Team services are month-to-month and may be canceled with 60-days notice.

If we have an internal match for your needs, work can begin within 24-48 hours. Should we need to source a new candidate, the shortlisting process can take 3-5 working days.

Start dates will then vary based on candidates availability. If your candidate is already employed with another company, we will attempt to buy-down their existing employment agreements to expedite the onboarding process.
